Job Description : Group CFO | Infrastructure, EPC | Hyderabad About the Company A leading A++ rated Infrastructure/EPC organisation with over 25+ years of strong presence across India and international markets, executing large-scale government and private sector projects. Role Purpose To lead the organisation’s financial strategy, capital structuring, and governance framework, while enabling sustainable growth and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities Drive overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management Lead debt fund raising, project financing, and treasury operations Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, rating agencies, and government/PSU bodies Lead IPO, capital market transactions, structured financing initiatives (InvIT, etc.) Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, audit, and governance frameworks Partner with leadership on growth strategy, investments, and risk management Candidate Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant, 18–20+ years of experience in Infrastructure / EPC / capital-intensive sectors. Strong track record in fund raising, treasury, and capital markets Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic orientation
