20 yearsJob Description : Senior Commercial Sales & Marketing Leader – FMCG / Food & Beverage About the Role established FMCG food and beverage company with a strong presence across retail, foodservice, distributor and trading channels. As part of their business growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Sales & Marketing Leader – FMCG / Food & Beverage to lead commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence across Singapore and overseas channels. This role is suitable for a hands-on commercial leader with strong FMCG/F&B experience, solid channel knowledge, and proven ability to manage both sales performance and marketing execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve annual revenue, turnover and business growth targets. Identify new business opportunities, expand existing product range, and develop new key accounts across retail, foodservice, distributor and trading channels. Manage key account relationships with local retailers, F&B operators, hawker/foodservice channels, local distributors and overseas trade partners. Lead monthly sales analysis, demand forecasting, inventory monitoring and regular business performance reporting. Plan and manage annual promotion budgets, trade activities and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and channel performance. Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and channel reviews to support commercial planning. Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team, including performance management, incentive planning, talent development and workflow improvement. Work closely with internal teams on customer service, complaint resolution, credit control, logistics, inventory and operational matters. Support senior management on commercial planning, supplier payment verification and other business-related assignments when required. Requirements Minimum 15 years of Sales, Commercial, or Sales & Marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or Food & Beverage manufacturing. Strong experience in local distribution, key account management, B2C/B2B sales channels and product trading. Solid exposure to Modern Trade, General Trade, Foodservice, distributors and/or export markets. Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing trade terms, developing key accounts and delivering business results. Good understanding of sales forecasting, market analysis, inventory planning, promotion planning and trade marketing execution. Strong leadership capability with experience managing sales or cross-functional commercial teams. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and presentation skills. Hands-on, commercially driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
