MAKE AN IMPACT. 18+ years experience WHAT YOU'LL OWN Lead and scale a *800 Cr+ FMCG business Drive General Trade & Modern Trade growth Build and strengthen distributor networks Deliver aggressive volume, revenue, and market share targets Lead large, cross- functional sales teams WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 15-22 years in FMCG sales • Proven experience managing large-scale (800 Cr+) business. Strong exposure to foods/staples/ edible oil categories • Deep understanding of GT-led distribution models. • Experience in emerging markets/Africa is a strong plus KEY COMPETENCIES • Strategic sales leadership ?
