Vice President, Hospitality

Job Description : Vice President, Hospitality Development & HMA | Abu Dhabi, UAE growing hospitality platform looking to appoint a Vice President, Hospitality Development & HMA to support the expansion of its luxury hotel portfolio across the GCC, Europe, North Africa and the Indian Ocean region. The role will focus on identifying hotel assets, developer partnerships and hotel management agreement opportunities across multiple international markets. Key aspects of the role: • Drive the growth of luxury hotels & resorts internationally • Identify hospitality projects under development, construction, repositioning or operator transition • Partner closely with developers, hotel owners, investment groups and strategic stakeholders • Lead hotel management agreement discussions and expansion opportunities across key markets I am keen to speak with senior professionals currently working across hospitality development, hotel expansion, branded residences, mixed use developments or hospitality real estate platforms. Strong preference towards candidates with exposure to luxury and lifestyle hospitality assets across international markets.
