Job Description : Group Procurement & Supply Chain Manager Arusha, Tanzania | Expatriate Appointment Some roles manage supply chains. Others command them. We are engaged on a confidential search for a hands-on, operational supply chain leader to oversee a centralised logistics base in Tanzania, supporting multiple remote safari lodges. This is not a corporate procurement role. It is operational command. You will lead warehouse, distribution, imports, and procurement execution — ensuring consistent, reliable supply to remote sites operating up to 450km from base. We are seeking: Proven multi-site distribution experience Strong central warehouse management capability Exposure to emerging markets or infrastructure-limited environments Disciplined, systems-driven approach (ERP controls essential) Highly relevant backgrounds include: Mining camps | Oil & Gas logistics | Military logistics | NGO field supply | Remote hospitality Package: USD 3,500 – 5,000 net (expatriate assignment)
