Job Description : Plant Head – FMCG Beverage Industry BRAZIL Open for Spanish speaking International candidates The company is Indian owned and financed, preference for Indians We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead our bottling plant operations in Bilaspur. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end plant management, ensuring operational excellence, productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance with Coca-Cola standards. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical Engineering preferred) Experience: Minimum 20 years of total experience in FMCG / Beverage Industry At least 5 years in Plant Head or equivalent leadership role Candidates from FMCG beverage industries will be given preference Key Responsibilities: Overall management of plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Electrical, and Utilities Strong knowledge of: Kirloskar Ammonia Plant, PHU & Chillers KHS Line / Hinden Line operations Boiler operations & utilities management Lead and manage a workforce of 800+ employees effectively Ensure cost optimization and manpower efficiency Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance as per Coca-Cola guidelines Drive continuous improvement in plant productivity and efficiency Strong administrative and leadership capabilities to run plant independently Key Skills Required: Leadership & Team Management Technical Expertise in Beverage Manufacturing Cost & Resource Optimization Strong Decision-Making & Problem-Solving Skills Excellent Communication & Administrative Ability
