Job Description : Finance Controller Congo Salary : upto 9000 USD Plus Accommodation, Visa, Tickets and company perks Note : Must be From Airports; infrastructure; EPC; construction; roads/highways; ports; energy; mining; industrial plants; large real estate developments; oil and gas construction; power projects. Must have experience into Multiple Projects Cost Management and control in real-estate or construction Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international financial standards. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives. Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management and stakeholders. Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance across all projects. Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including variance analysis and performance metrics. Ensure proper financial controls are in place to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risk. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Train and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and ensure effective financial management practices. Skills and Qualifications Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is Must A minimum of 15-30 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles applicable in the Democratic Republic of Congo and international standards. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with construction management software is a Must . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing finance teams. Fluency in French and English is essential; knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
