Location: Oman Industry: Engineering / Construction Kev Requirements: Mandatory 15+ years of experience in Contract Management within Engineering/Construction projects Proven GCC/Oman project experience working with contractors and consultants Hands-on expertise in contract administration commercial management, claims, variations. and cost control Mandatory experience managing projects from inceptior to completion, includina financial settlement Bachelor's/Master's Dearee in Quantity Surveying or Engineering is required Strong working knowledge of project cost planning, tendering, interim payments, and contractual compliance Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and construction commercial management practices
