Job Description : VP – Operations (OSD & Injectables) IRELAND Open to International candidates regulated pharmaceutical company. Candidates should be M.Pharm with 25+ years of experience in OSD Oncology and Injectable Oncology manufacturing operations from regulated pharma companies only. Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall OSD and Injectable Oncology manufacturing operations • Drive operational excellence, productivity, and regulatory compliance • Ensure compliance with USFDA, EU GMP, MHRA, and global regulatory standards • Manage manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, and plant operations • Support business growth, capacity expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives • Build strong operational teams and quality-focused culture
