Job Description : Plant Head (Plastic Parts Manufacturing) Greenfield Plant SLOVENIA for auto Open to International candidates We are seeking a visionary Plant Head to lead our upcoming Greenfield project and establish world-class plastic parts manufacturing operations from ground up. - 24 years of experience exclusively in Automotive Tier-1 Plastic Parts Manufacturing - Proven expertise in Greenfield project setup– layout, machinery installation, vendor development & team building - Strong command over plant operations, factory management, P&L accountability. - Hands-on knowledge of injection moulding, blow moulding & auxiliary systems - Exposure to IATF 16949, EHS, Lean & Kaizen practices - Excellent leadership, cross-functional coordination & stakeholder management skills. - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Plastics Engineering; MBA preferred
