Key Responsibilities Lead overall vehicle sales operations for the dealership Manage sales targets, revenue, profitability, and market growth Handle showroom operations and customer relationship management Lead and train sales teams, supervisors, and branch managers Develop dealer network and corporate sales Coordinate with OEMs/manufacturers for sales strategy and inventory Monitor KPI, forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales coordination Prepare MIS reports and management presentations Manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities Key Skills Required Automobile dealership sales management Team leadership & business development Dealer operations & retail sales CRM & customer handling Inventory and commercial management Target-oriented sales planning Negotiation and relationship management French language communication (Mandatory) Preferred Industries Automobile dealerships Commercial vehicle sales Passenger vehicle dealerships Heavy equipment / construction equipment Automotive retail networks Candidate Profile MBA / Graduate preferred 18–20 years of automobile sales experience Experience managing dealership P&L Exposure to African or international markets preferred Fluent in French and English
