Job Description : SECURITY HEAD DRC EXPERIENCE 10+ YEARS QUALIFICATION GRADUATE PREFERRED KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage complete plant security operations Create, implement & monitor Security SOPs and protocols Handle internal & external security audits effectively •Manage deployment & discipline of security manpower Monitor CCTV surveillance, gate control & access management •Ensure smooth visitor & vehicle movement management • Prevent theft, pilferage & unauthorized activities • Coordinate with administration, HR & local authorities • Maintain security records, reports & incident documentation • Conduct security training, mock drills & awareness sessions • Ensure emergency preparedness & crisis handling • Prepare MIS reports and communicate through professional emails REQUIRED SKILLS Strong experience in SOP creation and implementation Audit handling & compliance management experience Good command over computer operations & MS Office • Professional email communication & reporting skills • Strong leadership & decision- making abilities • Knowledge of industrial security systems & procedures Team handling & discipline management BACKGROUND EX-DEFENSE/SECURITY SECTOR (ARMY/NAVY/AIR FORCE/ PARAMILITARY) PREFERRED CANDIDATE Ex-Defense personnel preferred • Experience in manufacturing/ automobile industry preferred • Strong administrative & coordination skills • Physically fit & capable of handling emergencies MUST HAVE ? Good experience in Creating SOP Can Handle Audit ? Good hands on Computers ? Excellent Mails Communication
