REGIONAL MANAGAER

Job Description : REGIONAL MANAGAER SOUTHERN CONGO well-established logistics and supply chain group with a strong footprint across Central and Southern Africa. The business plays a key role in mining logistics and multimodal transport operations, with integrated capabilities across freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and shipping. The Southern DRC operation is a core business unit with significant scale and growth potential. This role offers full ownership of a regional operation, including P&L responsibility, team leadership, and commercial performance. The mandate is to stabilise, structure, and grow the business, while strengthening customer relationships and improving operational efficiency in a complex environment. You will lead a team and act as the key representative of the business locally, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Focus Areas Drive operational performance across logistics, warehousing, and transport Strengthen commercial activity and develop key client relationships Improve cost control and financial discipline Build and develop a capable local management team Ensure strong compliance and stakeholder alignment We are looking for a hands-on, senior operator with: 10+ years’ experience in logistics / supply chain in Africa Experience in mining, cross-border logistics, or similar sectors would be advantageous. Proven P&L responsibility and leadership of sizeable teams Strong ability to navigate complex, high-pressure environments Experience in operational turnaround, optimisation, or growth situations Fluency in French and English This is a high-impact role in a challenging market, suited to someone who combines operational depth with commercial awareness and is comfortable being close to the ground. The position offers significant autonomy and visibility within the group and is open to all nationalities.
