Job Description : Business Head – Premium Luxury Food Brand (Confidential) ? ???? Gurgaon / New Delhi (NCR)????? Compensation: Up to ?1.25 Cr per annum + performance benefits We are looking for a young, dynamic Business Head to scale a premium luxury food brand across retail, marketplaces, D2C, e?commerce, and HoReCa. Key Focus: Strong retail leadership with proven ability to expand retail networks Full ownership of online & offline channels Drive experiential marketing (in?store activations, tastings, brand experiences) Build and scale HoReCa partnerships Own growth strategy and P&L Ideal Profile: Experience with premium / gourmet food brands Deep understanding of retail + digital commerce Well?travelled, market?savvy, execution?oriented Up to 20 years of experience ????
