Job Description : GM FACILITIES DUBAI UAE Lead the operations of a fast-growing facilities management company. Elite Facilities Management is seeking a results-driven General Manager with a solid Facilities Management background to drive performance, profitability, and operational excellence. Job Summary: The General Manager will oversee end-to-end operations, with full responsibility for business performance, service delivery, and strategic growth across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: * Lead overall company operations with full P&L responsibility * Drive business strategy, growth, and expansion plans * Oversee all facilities management operations (Hard & Soft Services) * Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction * Manage senior leadership team and departmental heads * Control budgets, optimize costs, and improve profitability * Ensure compliance with HSE standards and industry best practices * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders * Monitor KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field * 25+ years of experience, with a strong background in Facilities Management is a must * Proven experience in a senior leadership role (GM / Operations Director) * Strong experience managing large teams and multi-site operations * Solid financial acumen with hands-on P&L management * Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
