Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager for an international manufacturing company within the specialty materials industry, based in the north of Poland. Profile needed: - Strong experience within chemical manufacturing, composites, resins, polymers, or related process industries - Proven plant leadership experience across production, maintenance, engineering, EHS, and operations - Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in both operational and strategic environments - Strong background in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and manufacturing optimization - Financial and operational management experience (budgeting, KPIs, cost control, CAPEX, etc.) - Experience working within international and matrix organizations is highly valued - Fluent English and Polish required The company is looking for a leader capable of balancing day-to-day plant operations while also driving long-term strategy, team development, safety culture, and operational performance.
