Job Description : FACILITIES MANAGER | GUYANA*** We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join a leading international facilities services provider operating within the oil & gas sector in Guyana. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), maintenance, and hospitality operations across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence, technical compliance, financial performance, and exceptional client service. Location: Guyana Salary: Up to $80,000 USD per annum NET plus housing, transport, flights. Position Type: Residential (Possible Rotation) Key requirements include: • 15+ years’ Facilities Management experience • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Technical knowledge of MEP systems • Experience managing large teams and subcontractors • Oil & Gas / Energy sector experience preferred • Commercial and financial management experience This is an excellent opportunity for a senior facilities professional seeking an exciting international role within a fast-growing market.
