Factory Finance Controller

Job Description : Factory Finance Controller – Refurbished Business Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 20,000 – 30,000 Industry: Refurbishment / Electronics Lifecycle Management Our client is looking for a seasoned finance professional to take ownership of plant-level finance operations within a high volume refurbished device business. This is a key leadership role focused on driving factory P&L performance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Manage factory P&L, costing structures, and financial controls • Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning cycles • Drive cost accounting, variance analysis & margin improvement • Partner with operations teams to enhance KPIs & efficiency • Oversee inventory governance, ERP systems & compliance • Support capex planning, audits & reporting Requirements: • Chartered Accountant (CA) : Mandatory • 10–15 years’ experience in manufacturing or plant finance • Strong expertise in standard costing, FP&A & variance analysis • ERP systems experience (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite preferred) • Strong business partnering & analytical skills • Must have refurbishment industry experience • Indian nationality preferred (client requirement)
