Head of Production

Job Description : Head of Production for a leading UAE-based exhibitions, fabrication and bespoke production business to manage multi-site manufacturing and end-to-end project delivery across luxury, hospitality, retail and large-scale event projects across the UAE. ????Ras Al Khaimah - Projects across the Emirates ????AED 35,000 (-+) Key Responsibilities - Lead multi-factory production operations across fabrication and build environments - Own the full production lifecycle including design prep, fabrication, installation and dismantling - Drive operational excellence through KPIs, SLAs, scheduling and productivity improvement - Implement lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) to improve efficiency and reduce waste - Oversee technical production across carpentry, joinery, steel fabrication, finishing, upholstery, graphics and structural builds Requirements - 10+ years’ experience in production/manufacturing leadership - Background in exhibitions, events, fit-out, hospitality, retail or bespoke fabrication preferred - Strong technical understanding of fabrication processes (wood, steel, finishing, structures) - Experience managing multi-site production teams and complex workflows
