Job Description : Project & Plant Head – FMCG Manufacturing UAE We are seeking a highly accomplished professional to lead plant operations and strategic project execution in an Food Processing – Oils & Fats manufacturing environment. This role demands strong expertise in FMCG manufacturing, deep knowledge of food processing technologies, and proven leadership in managing large-scale production facilities. Manage greenfield & brownfield project execution and commissioning Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSAI) ????Requirements 10–12 years FMCG/Food industry experience Minimum 3 years in Edible Oil manufacturing (mandatory) B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology or equivalent Proven experience in plant operations, commissioning & expansion projects Strong leadership in cross-functional manufacturing environments ???? UAE / GCC
