Job Description : COO RETAIL CARIBBEAN We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer – Retail to lead end-to-end retail operations and drive business growth across all outlets. This role focuses on operational excellence, sales performance, customer experience, and building a high-performing retail organization aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Retail Operations Management Oversee daily operations across all retail outlets Ensure consistency in operational standards, processes, and policies Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions Optimize staffing, merchandising, and inventory management Sales Performance & Growth Drive sales growth and revenue across all branches Monitor KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, and productivity Identify opportunities to improve store performance and profitability Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure optimal product mix Customer Experience & Service Excellence Ensure high standards of customer service across all outlets Develop and implement customer experience strategies Monitor feedback and improve service delivery Implement training programs to enhance service culture Store Operations & Efficiency Establish retail operational procedures and best practices Improve efficiency and resolve store-level operational challenges Ensure effective inventory control and minimize shrinkage Team Leadership & Development Lead and manage Area Managers, Store Managers, and operations teams Build strong leadership pipelines within retail operations Drive employee engagement, productivity, and discipline Retail Expansion & Store Development Support expansion strategies and new store openings Ensure smooth store setup and operational readiness Evaluate store performance and recommend improvements Financial & Budget Management Monitor operational budgets and control costs Improve profitability and operational margins Ensure financial discipline across all retail outlets Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations Maintain operational governance and risk management standards Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field Minimum 18+ years of experience in retail operations, including senior leadership roles Proven experience managing multi-store retail operations Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and strategic management skills Excellent retail operations and business acumen Strong understanding of sales, merchandising, and customer experience Financial management and budgeting expertise Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to drive organizational performance and growth High level of accountability and execution excellence
