Job Description : Opening: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Retail Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Open to International candidate siwht 20-25 years experience We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the company’s long-term strategy and vision; Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion; Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency across stores and supply chain; Lead, inspire, and develop senior leadership and broader teams; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and investors; Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities; Ensure financial discipline, budgeting, and performance management; Champion customer-centric culture and brand development.
