Job Description : Plant Head – Plastic Injection Moulding POLAND Open to International canddiates Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations in a high-volume plastic injection moulding facility. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and cost control expertise. Oversee complete plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives Implement lean manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement practices Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements (automotive/industrial) Manage plant P&L, budgeting, and resource planning Lead and develop large cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental norms B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Plastics Engineering 20+ years in plastic injection moulding, preferably in automotive or industrial products
