Job Description : Finance Controller – New Device Distribution Location: Dubai, UAE / Regional Role Salary: AED 20,000 – 30,000 Industry: Electronics & Device Distribution Our client is looking for a commercially strong Finance Controller to lead regional financial operations and drive P&L performance across multiple markets. This is a strategic role focused on profitability, governance, and business expansion within a fast-growing global distribution setup. Key Responsibilities: • Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting & financial planning across regions • Manage full P&L ownership, margin optimization & cost control • Oversee channel partner finance, working capital & governance • Support pricing strategies, product launches & expansion decisions • Strengthen internal controls, compliance, audit & reporting • Partner with Sales & Supply Chain on logistics cost & profitability analysis Requirements: • Chartered Accountant (CA) : Mandatory • 10+ years of finance leadership experience • Strong background in distribution, retail, or supply chain-led businesses • Experience in multi-country P&L & working capital management • Strong understanding of channel distribution models (electronics / telecom / FMCG) • Strong leadership, analytical & stakeholder management skills
