HEAD OF MAINTENANCE

Job Description : HEAD OF MAINTENANCE POWER AND UTILITY KSA one of the largest power/energy companies in the Middle East that is looking to hire a senior executive to lead maintenance function for the organization. This is an executive role with responsibility for maintenance maintenance strategy, operational readiness, safety, reliability, cost effectiveness, and long-term asset performance across a large, diversified pool of assets. Set and deliver the maintenance strategy, budgets and operating plans for the business unit. Lead maintenance and inspection across allasset and drive performance, cost control and compliance. Improve system reliability through contingency planning, emergency readiness, performance monitoring and reduction of outages/blackouts. Lead digitalization initiatives to transform and optimize maintenance operations. Improve dashboard and analytical capabilities to enable continuous monitoring. Key Requirements: 20+ year's experience, including broad exposure to maintenance, maintenance planning, system performance and emergency readiness in power/energy. Strong executive leadership and strategic planning capability Proven track record driving reliability, safety and cost outcomes across complex, geographically dispersed assets.
