Job Description : HR Manager Position Title: HR Manager Location: Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) Experience Required: 8–10 Years Department: Human Resources Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end Human Resource functions for our operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning, preferably in international or African operations. Key Responsibilities Manage complete HR operations for the DRC location. Handle manpower planning and recruitment for various departments. Coordinate with management and department heads for hiring requirements. Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters. Monitor attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR records. Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain HR MIS reports and provide regular updates to management. Support training and development initiatives for employees. Build a positive and productive work culture. Required Skills Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. Qualification Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Human Resources or related field. 8–10 years of relevant HR experience. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidate should be adaptable and willing to relocate/work in DRC. Strong experience in handling large workforce operations. Ability to manage HR activities independently.
