FINANCE DIRECTOR

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR SINGAPORE We have been exclusively mandated by a leading Singapore-based conglomerate with diversified business interests across Palm Oil, Paper, Energy, and Textiles to identify a Finance Director to be based at the Group Headquarters in Singapore. Mandarin-speaking finance professional (preferred) Age bracket: 42–48 years 20–25 years of overall experience Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the Finance function Prior experience with MNCs in the manufacturing sector, managing multi-country operations (mandatory) The incumbent will play a critical role in: Group financial reporting and consolidation Tax planning and compliance across jurisdictions Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions Leading financial due diligence for mergers & acquisitions This is a high-visibility leadership role within a dynamic and growth-oriented conglomerate Manufacturing industry experience is non-negotiable
