Industry: Construction & Contracting Are you an experienced PMV professional ready to take ownership of a large fleet across major construction projects? Join a leading contracting company in the UAE and play a critical role in optimizing plant performance, controlling costs, and driving operational efficiency. ???? Role Overview: As the PMV Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Plant, Machinery, and Vehicles across multiple construction sites. You will ensure maximum utilization, cost efficiency, compliance, and reliability of all equipment assets. ?? Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the PMV department across all projects • Oversee fleet operations including heavy equipment, machinery, and transport vehicles • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs • Monitor equipment utilization and optimize allocation across sites • Control PMV budgets, including procurement, leasing, and operational costs • Manage equipment procurement, vendor negotiations, and service contracts • Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE standards • Implement asset tracking systems and digital fleet management solutions • Lead, mentor, and develop PMV teams, including operators, mechanics, and supervisors • Coordinate with project and construction teams to meet operational requirements ???? Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction/contracting companies • Proven experience managing large fleets of construction equipment in the UAE/GCC • Strong knowledge of heavy machinery (cranes, excavators, loaders, etc.) • Experience in cost control, budgeting, and lifecycle management of assets • Familiarity with ERP systems and fleet management software • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • UAE driving license is preferred ????
