Own retail P&L and drive sustainable growth across all regions ???? Lead sales strategy with focus on productivity, profitability, and like-for-like growth ???? Monitor key KPIs including Sales/Sqft, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Sell-through & Markdown efficiency ???? Identify underperforming stores and implement improvement strategies ???? Ensure strong execution during seasonal peaks, promotions, and sales events ???? Drive retail excellence through regular store visits and audits ???? Ensure SOP compliance across all store formats ???? Lead store openings, relocations, and renovations ???? Maintain coordination with mall management and resolve operational issues ???? Lead RSMs, ASMs, Store Managers, and frontline teams ???? Build a performance-driven culture focused on ownership and results ???? Develop succession planning and strengthen talent pipelines ???? Partner with HR on hiring and capability development ???? Ensure right stock availability in coordination with merchandising & supply chain ???? Improve sell-through and reduce aging/markdown losses ???? Monitor inventory accuracy and stock health ???? Ensure strong VM execution and premium brand experience ???? Drive customer-first culture and service standards ???? Monitor feedback, complaints, and NPS for improvements ???? Analyze retail performance reports to identify trends and opportunities ???? Drive digital, process improvement, and retail innovation initiatives ????????????????????????????????????????????????: ???? Bachelor’s / master’s in business administration or relevant field ???? 15+ years of experience in fashion retail operations (multi-store / multi-city exposure) ???? Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in managing large retail networks ???? Deep understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising, and consumer behavior ???? Hands-on experience with POS systems and retail analytics too
