Job Description : ENGINEERING HEAD UAE To lead end-to-end engineering operations across the organization — ensuring seamless infrastructure, operational excellence, and scalable technical systems. ???? Lead end-to-end engineering execution for new store openings from planning to handover ???? Ensure coordination across design, procurement, and operations for timely project delivery ???? Oversee civil, MEP, HVAC, and interior fit-outs with strong quality control ???? Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements ???? Manage project budgeting, costing, and financial control for cost efficiency ???? Develop and implement preventive & corrective maintenance systems across all locations ???? Ensure uptime of critical utilities (power, HVAC, etc.) and minimize operational disruptions ???? Lead business continuity planning for breakdowns and emergencies ???? Monitor SLAs and ensure fast resolution of maintenance issues ???? Maintain structured asset lifecycle and facility management systems ???? Act as key liaison with government bodies and utility providers (e.g., KE, WAPDA) ???? Ensure timely approvals, connections, load management, and compliance ???? Lead and manage a multi-location engineering team with clear KPIs ???? Drive performance culture and ensure effective vendor/contractor management ???? Ensure quality, cost control, and timely execution from all service providers ???? Own annual OPEX & CAPEX budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives ???? Improve efficiency through better procurement, energy management, and process improvements ???? Introduce innovative engineering solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability ???? Drive automation, smart systems, and technology adoption in facilities management ???? Standardize SOPs for scalable, efficient, and consistent operations ???? Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or Electrical preferred) ???? 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or multi-site operations ???? Strong exposure to store launches, facility management, and large-scale project execution ???? Proven experience managing multi-location engineering operations
