20 yearsJob Description : People & Culture Practitioner (Expats & Admin) We are seeking a high-caliber HR professional for an urgent vacancy in West Africa. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end lifecycle, welfare, and operational excellence for an expatriate workforce within a large-scale manufacturing environment. ???? Core Responsibilities • Expat Lifecycle Excellence: Lead seamless onboarding/offboarding, managing complex documentation (permits, medicals, police clearance) and international travel logistics. • Welfare & Facility Oversight: Act as the custodian for expat well-being. Oversee staff accommodations, canteen standards, and hygiene protocols to ensure high-quality living conditions. • Operational Administration: Manage monthly payroll inputs, track expat attendance, and ensure 100% compliance with leave procedures and reporting deadlines. • Safety & Culture: Partner with HSE to uphold rigorous OHS standards and drive the company’s STEEL values through engagement events and cultural festivals. • Strategic Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights on localization targets, budget adherence, and unit performance. ? Requirements • Experience: 18+ years in HR Management, specifically within the manufacturing sector. • Education: Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. • Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory. French or Portuguese fluency is a significant advantage. • Attributes: Proven expertise in execution excellence, conflict resolution, and managing collaborative partnerships in a plant environment. ???? Remuneration & Benefits • Salary: $15,500 – $17,000 USD net per month. • Status: Bachelor Status. • Benefits: Comprehensive expat benefits package applicable to bachelor status (Accommodation, Utilities, etc.).
