EAST AFRICA to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for our ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????. This role requires strong technical expertise in Extrusion, Lamination, Rotogravure Printing, Slitting, Converting, and Bag Making, along with the ability to drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization. ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: • Lead plant operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines • Drive OEE improvement, waste reduction, and cost control initiatives • Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and HSE requirements • Plan and execute production scheduling strategies • Lead and develop cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality) • Improve machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and strengthen preventive maintenance • Coordinate with supply chain and commercial teams for on-time delivery • Implement continuous improvement practices (Lean, Six Sigma) ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Polymer preferred) • 18+ years of experience in #FlexiblePackaging manufacturing • Hands-on experience in extrusion, lamination, rotogravure printing, slitting, and converting • Strong knowledge of packaging materials, inks, adhesives, and film structures • Proven experience managing large-scale plant operations • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Track record of driving efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvement
