Abu Dhabi, UAE A leading organization is looking to appoint an experienced Structured and Trade Finance Manager to join its growing finance team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the development of financial strategies while overseeing financial support for trading operations across global markets. ???? Key Responsibilities - Lead structured and trade finance activities across international operations - Develop and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions - Negotiate and execute financing structures including prepayment facilities, inventory financing, borrowing base facilities, and other bespoke finance solutions - Support liquidity planning, capital management, and balance sheet optimization ???? Requirements: - Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA - Minimum 15 years of experience within structured trade finance, trade finance, corporate finance, or investment banking - Strong experience working within large multinational or international organizations - Proven experience managing relationships with international banks and financial institutions - Strong understanding of cross-border financing and structured finance products - Commercially minded with experience supporting complex transactions
