Job Description : Finance & Accounts Manager – Holding Companies Location: Dubai Excellent Salary and benefits offered This position is responsible for managing the financial operations and consolidation activities across a group of holding entities. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with international accounting standards, while also providing meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. Experience in financial consolidation, particularly within multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional environments, and demonstrate strong technical accounting capabilities is mandatory. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA) is preferred. - 8–10 years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting, preferably within international holding structures. - In-depth understanding of IFRS or GAAP and complex consolidation processes. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial information. - Experience handling offshore accounts is mandatory.
