Job Description : Consulting Head – HRO | PAN India | BPO Industry Organizations today are looking beyond traditional HR operations. They are seeking leaders who can transform HR into a strategic business function through scalable service models, technology-led solutions, and impactful outsourcing strategies. We are currently looking for a seasoned Consulting Head – HRO to lead high-value HR outsourcing solution engagements and drive presales excellence across large and complex opportunities. This is a leadership opportunity for professionals who can combine deep HR domain expertise with consulting, solution design, commercial thinking, and stakeholder management to shape business outcomes. Industry: BPO What the role will involve: • Leading end-to-end HRO presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution development, proposals, and executive client presentations • Designing scalable HRO operating models, governance frameworks, SLAs, service scope, and transition strategies • Partnering with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and SMEs to create commercially viable and client-centric solutions • Driving workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders • Working across domains including Payroll, HR Operations, Benefits, HRIS, Employee Contact Center, and HR Analytics • Building reusable solution assets, templates, and best practices that support future growth initiatives What we're looking for: ? Strong experience in HR Operations, HRO Consulting, or Solutioning engagements ? Expertise in shared services models and HR service delivery transformation ? Exposure to commercial modeling, proposal management, and transition planning ? Familiarity with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow HRSD ?
