Job Description : HR leader for the position of Head HR – Retail Operations with a leading retail organization in Angola. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to managing HR functions for supermarkets, multi-store retail operations, and retail chains. Candidates from Retail and FMCG backgrounds are preferred. Experience Required: - 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with expertise in: - Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - HR Operations & Employee Engagement - Performance Management & Organizational Development - HR Policies, Compliance & Labour Management - Multi-location Retail HR Operations - Leadership Hiring & Team Management - Strategic HR Business Partnering Preferred Industry Background: - Retail / Supermarkets / Multi-store Retail Operations Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: USD 5,000 – 6,000 per month (Can go up to USD 6,500 – 7,000 depending on candidature) - Accommodation Provided - Company Car & Driver - Food Facility (for single-status candidates) - Medical Coverage & Expenses - 22 Days Paid Leave Role Focus: The role will primarily focus on managing end-to-end HR operations for supermarkets and retail store formats across Angola while driving employee engagement, compliance, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives.
