20 yearsJob Description : MARKETING HEAD NIGERIA Key Responsibilities: - Define, execute and oversee brand management, digital marketing, advertising and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media . Measure and report on the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. - Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring that the company's voice and image are consistent across all marketing channels. This includes developing and maintaining brand guidelines that dictate how the brand should be represented visually and verbally. - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and own their implementation from ideation to execution. - Refine and prioritize our target market segments to further expand our global presence by identifying the best channels and tactics to reach them and delivering targeted, localized online and offline geographic strategies that adhere to our global brand strategy and resonate locally in key markets. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities in our local markets. Keep an incisive pulse on the market and ensure that the company's marketing efforts are relevant, targeted, and effective in meeting customer needs. - Implement, research, identify, initiate and nurture strategic marketing opportunities, partnerships and alliances in local markets to further our marketing objectives to acquiring and converting new customers, solidifying our brand positioning. - Develop and take ownership of our Global Website and our Global and local social media handles - design and implement cohesive strategies in alignment with brand guidelines. - Set and implement targeted strategies to build and engage followers on our social media handles, induce Website visits and engagement with our current and probable customers. Build a cohesive and comprehensive digital media strategy, select and work with appropriate Influencers in local markets and globally to successfully execute targeted plans, Roi, Reach and engagement etc. goals. - Drive the marketing, promotion, events and new store opening calendar in local markets and ensure tactical and promotional campaigns are put in place to drive store traffic and enable communication reach for maximum business. Measure Roi post campaign to analyze effectivements and drive improvements. - Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors in local markets. - Lead, train and mentor marketing teams, fostering innovation and collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail, operations, product development, and customer service to align marketing activities with business strategies and priorities. - Analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance to optimize ROI. Manage marketing budgets, resources, and vendors and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient use of resources and achieve marketing objectives. Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as leads, conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition costs, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts. Present marketing plans, metrics, and insights to Senior management. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising. - Ensuring creative output is of the highest quality, meets brand needs, and is produced in an efficient and cost-effective manner - Develop and maintain collaborative, close working relationships with creative buying, merchandising and retail teams internally to ensure that all marketing activities and initiatives are executed in line with planned timelines, brand values and guidelines
