Job Description : CFO LONDON UK Indian fmcg trading co looking for Indian/Sri Lankan CFO with 20-25 years experience Company supports relocation Package GBP 200,000 PA + family benefits ( variable and to be negotiated) experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial planning, controls, compliance, and business growth strategies. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, corporate finance expertise, and experience managing multi-business operations. Trading experience mandatory KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting Ensure compliance with tax laws, audit requirements, and financial regulations Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment planning Supervise finance, accounts, audit, and taxation departments Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and Directors Analyze business performance and recommend improvement strategies Implement internal controls and risk management policies Oversee SAP-based financial systems and reporting structures Support expansion planning and operational decision-making
