Industry: Sugar Industry Only We are looking for an experienced Process Operations Leader from the Sugar Industry to manage plant operations, production efficiency, process optimization, and compliance activities. ???? Key Responsibilities ?? Lead overall process operations with focus on efficiency, recovery, and production targets ???? Manage manpower, materials, and production activities for quality sugar production ???? Ensure adherence to SOPs and implement corrective actions for deviations ????? Oversee off-season overhauling and maintenance activities ???? Monitor chemical consumption and optimize processes as per budget norms ???? Ensure effective water management with ETP, CPU & STP compliance as per CPCB norms ???? Drive EHS implementation including PTW, LOTOTO, risk & hazard assessments ?? Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, sanitation, and safety standards ???? Desired Profile ???? Strong experience in the Sugar Industry only ? Hands-on exposure in process operations & production management ???? Strong leadership and plant operations management skills ???? Good understanding of safety and compliance practices ???? Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making ability ?????
