Job Description : Workshop Engineer-Plant and Heavy Equipment Machinery – One of the leading Oil and Gas Company in GCC is looking for an experienced Workshop Engineer – Plant & Heavy Equipment Machinery to join our team in Abu Dhabi & Oman If you have strong technical expertise in heavy equipment maintenance within EPC or Oil & Gas environments, we want to hear from you. About the Role You will oversee workshop operations, equipment repair, servicing, and testing for a wide range of heavy machinery. This role ensures technical accuracy, quality workmanship, and timely delivery of equipment back to operations. ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????Manage daily workshop operations, scheduling, and task allocation. ????Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in heavy equipment. ????Lead complex repairs, modifications, and component replacements. ????Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans. ????Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks. ????Ensure compliance with company procedures and international standards. ????Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and OEMs. ????Maintain job cards, inspection reports, and workshop performance dashboards. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????????????? ????Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. ????10+years’ experience in workshop engineering or equipment maintenance (EPC/Oil & Gas preferred). ????Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. ????Experience with cranes, forklifts, generators, compressors, welding machines, and heavy vehicles. ????Immediate joiners preferred.
