Job Description : Manager - HR, IR & Administration Location: Pune (Chakan) Reports to: HR Director & Plant Head 10 GREENFIELD PLANT OPPORTUNITY GREENFIELD PLANT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop & execute end-to-end HR plans for plant commissioning Bulk & ramp-up hiring including campus, contractor & local workforce Setup HR systems, HRIS, payroll, attendance & vendor ecosystem Design plant-specific policies (shift, deployment, contract labor frameworks) Establish contract labor management system & vendor governance Build shop-floor culture, safety mindset & productivity norms Early establishment of IR framework - union mapping, risk assessment & engagement Employee facilities, welfare programs & local community engagement Collaborate with Projects, Operations, EHS for people readiness Create communication framework for a new workforce during ramp-up QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE PGDBM / MPM / MBA (HR/Personnel Management) Preferred: Graduate + PG Diploma in Business Management / Master in Social Work 18+ Years of experience in HR/IR/Admin in a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier Be a part of building something great from the ground up! POST START OF OPERATIONS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Align HR strategy with business goals Talent acquisition & smooth onboarding Training, development & competency management Performance management, succession planning & mentoring Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives Act as first point of contact for HR & IR related issues Union relations, wage settlement & conflict resolution Ensure statutory compliances General administration & local stakeholder management Report HR metrics & insights to Head Office WHY JOIN US?
