Onsite Opportunity A leading Tech-Driven Group with 10 Subsidiaries is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the overall financial strategy, governance, risk management, and business growth initiatives of the Group. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Group MD/CEO & Audit and Risk Committee. ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Lead financial consolidation across all subsidiaries ? Drive budgeting, forecasting & treasury management ? Partner with subsidiary CFOs to strengthen financial performance ? Manage Group Risk & Audit Committee expectations ? Ensure smooth ERP implementation & financial integration ? Strengthen governance, compliance & risk frameworks ? Represent subsidiaries at Board Meetings with strategic financial insights ? Maintain strong banking & stakeholder relationships ???? Ideal Candidate Profile: ? Professionally Qualified in CA / CIMA / CMA ? Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business ? MBA will be an added advantage ? 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience ? Exposure to medium/large scale organizations ? Strong understanding of Digital Innovation & Tech-driven business environments ? Excellent leadership, analytical & stakeholder management skills ????
