Job Description : General Manager Finance Position: General Manager – Finance Location: Nigeria(Nigeria Experience Must) Industry: Manufacturing Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory Experience Required: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities Lead overall finance and accounts operations of the company Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Handle finalization of accounts, audit, and statutory compliance Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management Ensure compliance with local taxation and financial regulations Handle costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing finance controls Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and treasury functions Implement financial policies, controls, and process improvements Candidate Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts Experience in Nigeria/Africa is mandatory Manufacturing industry experience is compulsory Hands-on experience in Profil/ERP systems preferred Strong knowledge of taxation, costing, budgeting, and financial reporting Leadership and team management skills Good communication and analytical abilities
