The Role As Head of Security, you will: Lead all site-wide security operations, ensuring robust physical, technical, and staffing solutions Oversee and coordinate event security delivery, working closely with internal teams and partners Manage the security risk register, conduct threat assessments, and drive mitigation strategies Develop and implement incident response, emergency, and business continuity plans Build strong relationships with police, local authorities, and the business community Champion a positive security culture, balancing safety with exceptional visitor experience Lead recruitment, training, and development of security teams Ensure SIA compliance, risk assessments, and operational excellence across all activities ???? The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in a senior security leadership role Background within multi-use estates (public access, events, corporate, cultural environments) Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills Commercially aware with the ability to manage large teams effectively Passion for delivering safe, secure, and welcoming environments
