20 yearsJob Description : Administration Head DUBAI UAE Experience : 15+ years Here's what the role looks like - Facility & Infrastructure Manage end-to-end operations of a 3-floor, ~42,000 sq ft HQ — utilities, MEP systems, access control, CCTV, BMS, fire systems, and AV/conference room tech. Team Management Lead a 15-member housekeeping and security team — rosters, SOPs, training, performance reviews, and day-to-day ground-level oversight. Vendor & Contracts Own AMCs, vendor onboarding, SLA tracking, invoice processing, and cost negotiations across all facility service providers. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure statutory compliance (fire NOC, lift certs, electrical audits), conduct drills, and maintain asset and compliance trackers. Workspace & Employee Experience Deliver a safe, clean, and productive workplace — seating, pantry, new joiner setups, and facility support for events and leadership visits. Budgeting & Reporting Manage the annual facility budget, track monthly actuals, and provide regular MIS reports and incident logs to senior management. Good to Have CAFM tools exposure · LEED/IGBC knowledge · IFMA/CFM certification · Experience in a tech/startup environment
