Job Description : HEAD ENGINEERING FOR AUTO GERMANY Open to International candidates 25+ years experience ead the Engineering team for development of new products in NPD & NVH Segment ? Handle product testing & validation activities of Dynamic Testing Lab ? Provide technical & engineering support to manufacturing operations ? Ensure implementation of Quality Systems as per IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 standards ? Handle Internal, Customer & Regulatory Audits ? Coordinate product approvals, drawing approvals & PPAP activities as per customer requirements ? Work closely with Marketing team to understand product development requirements ? Monitor smooth execution of New Product Development activities with NPD & NVH teams ? Plan, review & monitor design and development activities with team members ? Mentor, motivate & train team members for better performance ? Coordinate New Product Announcements & Product Launches ? Lead and execute technical engineering projects *???? Required Skills* : ???? Strong communication & interpersonal skills ???? Expertise in Value Engineering tools & cost optimization ???? Hands-on experience in Six Sigma methodologies ???? Strong knowledge of DFMEA, DOE, DFM, DFA, APQP, PPAP & TS documents ???? Experience in Product Design & Development ???? Expertise in APQP, PPAP & DFMEA documentation ???? Responsible for Failure Analysis during DVP testing and warranty-related issues ???? Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
