Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO DUBAI a major asset management business in Dubai, are looking to appoint a CFO to run a finance transformation for the organization and then accelerate the organizations growth. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Balance sheet restructuring · Evaluate all operating units in terms of financial performance and drive through changes where appropriate · Increase liquidity by reviewing and improving working capital management · Restore financial discipline by implementing a robust control framework · Develop the accounting systems to ensure best in class reporting · Work as a business partner to the CEO and the board in evaluating growth opportunities The Person The successful candidate will be: · Western educated ACA/ACCA · Proven experience in managing high value investments · Minimum of 20 years work experience with at least 5 at CFO or Senior VP level Salary 70-80K AED
