Head of Sales Industries

Job Description : Head of Sales Industries ( French- Speaking) for our client a group of Industries based in Kinshasa DRC Congo. The role is Responsible for Driving revenue growth, market expansion, distributor network development and sales strategy execution across multiple product segments including Home appliances, Food ( Biscuits), Pharmaceuticals, Pipes and plastics across Africa markets. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or Engineering. MBA in Business Administration preferred. Minimum 15 - 20 years of sales experience 5 - 10 years of experience in African markets, Preferably Francophone Africa countries. Must have handled Multiple countries sales operations, strong experience in Distributor and Channel Management. Experience with Key Accounts, Institution and Project Sales. Experience in Building Sales in New Markets. Strong background in the above mentioned products is a requirement. Budget: 5000 USD + Expatriates Benefits Below 45 years.
