Key Requirements: • Strong expertise in Sheet Metal manufacturing processes • Hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems • Knowledge of welding, fabrication, press shop & assembly quality • Exposure to customer quality handling & audits • Leadership experience in managing quality teams • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset ???? Preferred Skills: • APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D • IATF 16949 standards • Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvement • Customer interaction with OEMs
