Job Description : Factory Manager | Plastic Manufacturing ???? Location: Accra ???? Industry: Plastic Packaging & Disposable Products ???? Salary: USD 2300–2500 Savings + USD 250 Local Expenses ???? Key Responsibilities * Handle complete factory operations for GPPS/HIPS & PP Sheet Extrusion, Thermoforming, and Injection Molding divisions * Manage production, maintenance, quality, manpower, planning, and safety operations * Ensure production efficiency, process optimization, and minimum rejection * Lead and coordinate technical and operational teams ? Requirements * 10–15+ years of experience in Plastic Extrusion, Thermoforming, or Injection Molding Industry * Strong knowledge of GPPS, HIPS, and PP processing * Experience in packaging and disposable product manufacturing preferred * Good leadership and factory management skills ???? Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical / Polymer / Plastic Engineering or related field ???? Contract: 2 Years ???? Benefits: 30 Days Paid Leave after contract completion
